More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase!! If something doesn’t look for feel right, please email us here and we’ll make it right!

Replacement & Refund Policy

(1)If you receive the product is not satisfied with the quality (broken, not the right version and other quality issues),as long as you contact us within 45 daysfrom thereceipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 45 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email:colorfulcustom@gmail.com at first.
(2)Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 45days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
(3)General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at colorfulcustom@gmail.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to sendyour package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
(4)Refund or exchange:
when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working daysand then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
(5)Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay thefreight.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
(6)Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within2-3 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check yourbank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at colorfulcustom@gmail.com.

Please Note:
we do not refund our original shipping cost.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via this form, provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
Please be informed that:

  • Personalized Orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
  • For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

The package hasn’t had any movement for < 3 weeks or is past our ETA. If there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.

We will take full responsibility within 45 days from order arrival, if the product(s)

  • Have been crashed, damaged or faulty
  • Are not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND. Please keep calm and fill in this form to receive prompt support from our Customer Happiness experts.

Making customers return, not our products: We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for returning and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE


In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:

1. You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.

2. Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
